Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 1.192(c)(7), as to the grouping of claims 1 through 5, 7, 9, 20, and 39, we select claim 1 for review, with the remaining claims standing or falling therewith. Accordingly, we focus our attention exclusively upon claims 1, 8, 10, 11 and 6, infra.
