CONCLUSION To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 19 and 20 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) is reversed, the decision of the examiner to reject claim 17 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) is reversed and the decision of the examiner to reject claims 11, 12, 15 and 18 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) is affirmed. New rejections of claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 19 and 20 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) have been added pursuant to the provisions of 37 CFR § 1.196(b), and a new rejection of claim 16 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph, has also been added pursuant to the provisions of 37 CFR § 1.196(b).
