August 4, 1999 (Paper No. 32), the following judgment is
entered:
Judgment as to the subject matter of count 1, the only
count, is hereby awarded against the junior party Orino and
against the senior party Taniguchi et al. The party Orino is
not entitled to its patent with claims 1 and 2 corresponding
to the count and the party Taniguchi et al. is not entitled to
a patent with its claims 18-21, 24 and 25 corresponding to the
count.
