Appeal No. 2000-0873 Application No. 08/975,983 from which they depend. Claims 1-19, 22-39 and 42, 43, 49-54 and 101-112, the only other claims remaining in the application, have been withdrawn from further consideration pursuant to 37 CFR § 1.142(b) as not being readable in the elected invention. Appellant’s invention pertains to a kit and method for “permit[ting] a non-artist to easily transfer outlines of works of art, cartoon characters, or any graphic images, to surfaces of objects such as walls, ceilings, or doors” (specification, page 4). Independent claims 56 and 44, copies of which are found in an attachment to appellant’s brief, are representative of the claimed kit and method, respectively.
