As to items (1) and (2) of the claimed kit, for the reasons discussed above in connection with the rejection of claims 66, 67, 75 and 76, it would have been obvious in view of Mayer to adopt the picture painting kit of Milne to allow a user to reproduce a scene as a large-scale wall mural, and in the process provide a kit having items (1) and (2). Concerning item (3), DePauw relates to a device for teaching color mixing in a coordinated manner, and includes a mixing tray 10, a plurality of paints in squeeze bottles, and a mixing chart (Figure 6) having a color scale and indicia thereon for demonstrating how colors can be mixed to obtain other colors.
