THE REJECTIONS
Claims 2 through 5, 7, 10, 11 and 13 stand rejected
under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over
Yamaguchi in view of Cribari.
Claim 8 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as
being unpatentable over Yamaguchi in view of Cribari and
Sutou.
Attention is directed to the appellant's brief
(Paper No. 13) and to the examiner's answer (Paper No.
14) for the respective positions of the appellant and the
examiner with regard to the merits of these rejections.
