                    In light of the foregoing, we must refuse to sustain              
          the examiner’s rejection of claims 1 through 4, 6 through 11,               
          13 through 16 and 18 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being                      
          unpatentable over Lo in view of Nakagawa.                                   


                    The decision of the examiner is reversed.
