                                           DECISION ON APPEAL                                               
                   This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final                                   
            rejection (Paper No. 12, mailed June 7, 2000) of claims 1 to 8                                  
            and 16 to 29.  Claims 9 to 15, the only other claims pending in                                 
            this application, have been allowed.                                                            


                   We REVERSE.
