BACKGROUND Applicants describe the invention at pages 4 and 7 of the specification, as being directed to a dot test for assaying body fluids for components, such as antigens, antibodies, and haptens, employing an enzyme-immunoassay technique and a kit of reagents for carrying out the assay.
