cure the above-noted deficiencies of Yoshimura. Therefore, the combination of Yoshimura and
Yanagida still fails to meet the claimed limitation. Therefore, we do not sustain the
obviousness rejection of claim 9 over Yoshimura and Yanagida.
In conclusion, we do not sustain the Examiner's rejection of claims 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 10 and
14 as being anticipated by Yoshimura, and of claims 3, 6 and 13 as being obvious over
Yoshimura and Heinz, and of claim 9 over Yoshimura and Yanagida.
The decision of the Examiner rejecting claims 1-3, 5-10, 13 and 14 is reversed.
