DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from
the rejection of claims 1-9 and 11-17. We reverse.
BACKGROUND
The invention at issue in this appeal adapts the
triggering of an automatic braking operation of a motor
vehicle. The automatic braking operation produces a brake
pressure higher than that corresponding to the position of a
