Appeal No. 1998-1111 Application 08/539,513 retrieving all output data from memory and storing it prior to terminating the data processing function. Appellants further assert that the Examiner has not shown that the structure described in Ferguson is the same as or equivalent to the structure described in the instant application corresponding to the claimed means or step plus function elements.
