Because the Gillig references fail to disclose terminating a path of a three way call, we are not persuaded that the teachings from the prior art would appear to have suggested the limitations of "automatically terminating a path of the three way call between the telephone device having the telephone number and the cellular cordless telephone having the cellular telephone number when the cellular cordless telephone is located in the cordless telephone system" and "automatically terminating a path of the three way call between the telephone device having the telephone phone number and the telephone landline having the landline telephone number when the cellular cordless telephone is located in the cellular telephone system." Therefore, we reverse the rejection of claim 28 as obvious over Gillig ‘230, Gillig ‘042, Gillig ‘558, or Gillig ‘674. We end by noting that our affirmances are based only on the arguments made in the brief.
