DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner's final
rejection of claims 1-6, 8-18, 22-24, 40-42, 44, and 45, which are all the claims remaining
in the application.
We affirm-in-part, and enter a new ground of rejection in accordance with 37 CFR §
1.196(b).
