DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the Examiner's final rejection of claims
1-20, as amended by the amendments filed February 28, 1997 and April 30, 2001 which have been
entered as per the second advisory action mailed on March 17, 1997 (Paper No. 12). Claims 1-20
are the only claims pending in this application.
BACKGROUND
Appellants invention relates to a method and apparatus for sputter deposition coating. Claims
1, 14, and 20 are illustrative and a copy of the claims are appended to this decision.
