          rejection of claim 16 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) is reversed                  
          based upon the same reasoning we applied to claims 10 and 12,

                                     CONCLUSION                                       
               To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject                   
          claims 10 and 12-16 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) is reversed.
