"within the cursor," although it need not move in lock step
as required by claim 21, and defines over Matthies in which
the balloon remains at a fixed location.
We agree with counsel's claim interpretation and
arguments. Thus, we reverse the anticipation rejection of
claims 20 and 21 over Matthies.
