Claims 1-3 and 6-8 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as obvious over Austin. (Final Rejection at 2.) Claims 4, 5, 9, and 10 stand rejected under § 103(a) as obvious over Austin in view of Kishi. (Id.)
