Appeal No. 1999-0555 Application No. 08/593,330 wherein the relationship between the length L of 1 said heat-generating part and the distance L , in the 2 direction of the length of said sensing element, between the edge, on the side of the openings of the second level, of the openings of said first level and the edge, on the side of the openings of the first level, of the openings of the second level, is such that 0.9 < L /L < 1 2 1.3 is satisfied.
