We proceed to claims 12-14. B. Claims 12-14 The examiner asserts, “it would have been obvious to a person of ordinary skill in the art at the time the invention was made to use the means of varying visibility, as taught by Sawachika, in the apparatus of Yamanaka ....” (Examiner’s Answer, ¶ 10.)
