                                 DECISION ON APPEAL                                   
               This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 1,                
          2, 5 and 8 through 10.  In an Amendment After Final (paper                  
          number 14), claims 3, 4, 7 and 10 were amended.  Claims 3, 4,               
          6, 7 and 11 through 18 have been allowed (paper number 17).                 
               The disclosed invention relates to a circuit for                       
          operating a DC electric motor, and for detecting an increased
