Appeal No. 1999-2240 Application 08/909,349 This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the final rejection of claims 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, and 21. We reverse. BACKGROUND The disclosed invention relates to a disk-shaped data recording medium and a recording apparatus for recording data on a disk-shaped data recording medium. Claim 1 is reproduced below. 1.
