(Brown-Skrobot) 4,975,217 Dec. 4, 1990 Bull 5,310,549 May 10, 1994 THE REJECTIONS The claims stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as follows: claims 1-4, 6-11, 13, 15, 16, 39-46 and 48 over Bull, and claims 12, 14, 47 and 49 over Bull in view of Brown- Skrobot. OPINION We reverse the aforementioned rejections. We need to address only the independent claims, i.e., claims 1 and 39-41. Claims 1, 39 and 40 require that the composition contains at least 5 wt% of a normally liquid acid, i.e., an acid which is liquid at a temperature of less than about 40ēC.
