Appeal No. 2000-0194 Application No. 08/774,126 being. Furthermore, we agree with the examiner that 27, 28 and 29 in Slaugh can be considered as the designating means for a designated geographical region. However, the examiner has not shown the claimed means, responsive to such designated geographical means, for gradually shifting, over a set time period, the means for displaying the time period of a life rythm to match a life rythm corresponding to the designated region. To simply allege that it would have been obvious to include such means in Slaugh or Haydon, as this was a well known feature in the art, is not sufficient for the examiner to establish a prima facie case of obviousness. Therefore, we do not sustain the obviousness rejection of claims 20 and 21 over either Slaugh or Haydon.
