Claims 18-20 and 23-31 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as anticipated by Foglar. Claims 21, 22, and 32- 37 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as obvious over Foglar in view of Edmaier. OPINION After considering the record, we are persuaded that the examiner erred in rejecting claims 18-37. Accordingly, we reverse. However, we enter a new ground of rejection under 37 C.F.R. § 1.196(b).
