GROSS, Administrative Patent Judge. DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 17 and 18, which are all of the claims pending in this application. Appellant's invention relates to a luminaire with a photo catalytic layer formed on the outer surface thereof for absorbing ultraviolet radiation produced by the light source within the luminaire and for decomposing malodorous sources and dust particles and the like.
