DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the Examiner’s final
rejection of claims 38-42 and 47-50. Claims 43-46 and 51-54 are
allowed.
We reverse.
BACKGROUND
Appellants’ invention is directed generally to a multiple
hyperband cellular communications system and in particular, to a
