                    The rejection of claims 2, 4 through 7, 9, 10 18, 20 through 23, 25 and 26                     
             under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Nguyen in view of Hochberg is                     
             reversed.                                                                                             

                    The decision of the examiner is reversed.
