SUMMARY OF DECISION On consideration of the entire record, we reverse the rejections of record. DISCUSSION The Invention The Appellants’ invention as claimed relates to a microfabricated chemical reactor including an electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detector (claim 1) and an ECL cell (claim 16).
