unpatentable over Dixon in view of Kawai and further in view of
Yagi and Shibano, we note that the Examiner also relies on the
same reasoning as discussed above. Therefore we will not sustain
these rejections as well. In view of the foregoing, we will not
sustain the Examiner’s decision rejecting, claims 1 through 11
and 15 through 22.
