                                   DECISION ON APPEAL                                 
               Appellants have appealed to the Board from the examiner's              
          final rejection of claims 1-10, 12-22, and 29.                              
               Representative claim 1 is reproduced below:                            
               1.  A method of imaging and erasing an erasable printing               
          form, comprising the steps of: electrically charging the printing           
          form over its entire surface; applying liquid toner particles,
