DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the decision of the examiner
refusing to allow claims 1, 3 through 7 and 9 through 16, which are all of the claims
pending in this application.
THE INVENTION
The invention is directed to a stabilizer composition containing a specific hindered
amine light stabilizing compound having a specific formula in combination with an organic
