CONCLUSION
The examiner's rejection of claims 1-3, 8-12 and 14-25 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over
Buchalter, alone or in combination with Dake and/or Lavash is reversed. The rejection of
claims 22 and 24 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Buchalter, by itself or in combination with
Dake and/or Lavash, further in view of Ampulski is reversed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may
be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a).
