                   The appellant's invention relates to intermittent pneumatic compression devices            
            and more particularly to the interconnection between compression sleeves and                      
            controllers for a source of compressed air (specification, p. 1).  A copy of the claims           
            under appeal is set forth in the appendix to the appellant's brief.                               


                   The prior art references of record relied upon by the examiner in rejecting the

                   Claim 8 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over                   
            Arkans, Mogaki and Wright.                                                                        


                   Claim 11 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over                  
            Arkans, Mogaki and Sikora.
