DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from a final rejection of claims 1-3, 5-15,
and 32. Claims 16-18, 20-31 and 33 have been withdrawn from consideration, and
claims 4 and 19 have been canceled.
CLAIMS
Claim 1 is representative of the claims on appeal, and reads as follows:
1. A foil having two substantially parallel surfaces, comprising: a substrate
having a first side at one of said surfaces and a second side; a metallic film vaporized
