Faulman's reaction resistance members can be maintained as depicted in Figure 1
provided the gear ratio between gears 29 and 30 is appropriately altered from its
current 1:1 ratio to a 1:3 ratio.
For the reasons set forth above, the decision of the examiner to reject claim 1
under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
We have also reviewed the reference to Ingraham additionally applied in the
rejection of dependent claim 2 but find nothing therein which makes up for the
deficiencies of Faulman and Harris discussed above. Accordingly, the decision of the
examiner to reject claim 2 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
