DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of claims 8-15, all of the
pending claims.
The invention is directed to surface mount technology (SMT). More particularly, the
invention pertains to a two-pole SMT miniature housing for semiconductor components
and a method of manufacturing the same.
