The rejection of claims 1 through 4, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12 through 17, 21 and
22 under 35 U.S.C. §103(a) as being unpatentable over Ziolo ‘866, in view of Ziolo
‘756 and Ugelstad is affirmed.
The rejection of claims 1 through 4, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12 through 21 under
35 U.S.C. §103(a) as being unpatentable over Ziolo ‘756 is reversed.
In summary, the rejection of claims 1 through 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12 through 17 and
21 through 23 are affirmed. The rejection of claims 18 through 20 are reversed.
