Claims 24-26 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Collins, Gogulski and Ehrat. Claim 31 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Collins, Gogulski and Hehemann. Rather than repeat the arguments of Appellants or the Examiner, we make reference to the Brief and New Appendix to the appeal brief2 and the Answer for the respective details thereof. OPINION After a careful review of the evidence before us, we agree with the Examiner that claims 13 through 36 are properly rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103. Thus, we will sustain the rejection of these claims. 2 Appellants filed an appeal brief on October 15, 1998, Paper No. 26. On February 2, 1999, Appellants filed a reply brief, Paper No. 28, in response to the Examiner's answer, Paper No. 27, mailed December 2, 1998.
