Appeal No. 1999-1994 Application 08/795,817 and 49 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Werther in view of Hwang. Rather than repeat the arguments of Appellants or the Examiner, we make reference to the Briefs and the Answer for the1 respective details thereof. OPINION With full consideration being given the subject matter on appeal, the Examiner’s rejections and the arguments of Appellants and Examiner, for the reasons stated infra, we reverse the Examiner’s rejections of claims 33, 36, 37, 40, 42, 45, 48 and 50-55 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) and the Examiner’s rejections of claims 34-35, 38-39, 41, 43-44, 46-47 and 49 under 35 U.S.C. § 103. We first will address the rejection of claims 33, 36, 37, 40, 42, 45, 48 and 50-55 under 35 U.S.C. § 102 as being anticipated by Werther.
