step further comprising grouping defined drug items with the same
root drug name; the filtering step of defining specific data
filtering criteria; the filtering step of creating at least one
table defining controlled and non-controlled substances;
interfacing with external data sources, such as payroll records;
the processing step further comprising benchmarking which
comprises totaling the quantity of the at least one drug being
audited for the at least one station; benchmarking the providers
at the group stations; processing the transactional information
data received from the client profile module so as to gather all
records involving withdrawal...; processing the transactional
information data received and benchmarking users of the drugs
from the stations; the data manager module comprising means for
adjusting the transactional information so as to group like users
of the stations; and the data manager module further comprising
means for warehousing. However, the examiner contends that
DeBusk teaches all of this.
The examiner also admits that neither Halverson nor DeBusk
discloses that the processing comprises auditing the inputted
transactional information in the archival database and
determining for individual drugs being audited withdrawal
