From all of the above, we are not convinced of any error on the part of the examiner, and find that the examiner has established a prima facie case of anticipation of claim 1 that has not been successfully rebutted by appellant. Accordingly, we sustain the rejection of claim 1 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being clearly anticipated by Grossheim.
