Claim 5 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Duckett. Claim 8 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Duckett in view of Huber and the admitted prior art. Claim 12 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Duckett in view of the admitted prior art. Claims 3, 6, 7 and 20 through 23 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Duckett in view of Neal. Claim 14 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Duckett in view of Kirkpatrick.
