Appeal No. 2002-2317 Application No. 09/025,607 THE REJECTIONS The claims stand rejected as follows: claims 1-4, 7-10, 12-22, 24, 28, 29, 45 and 47 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as anticipated by or, in the alternative, under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious over Murdock, and claims 1-4, 7-10, 12-22, 24, 28, 29 and 45-48 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious over Uraneck or EP ‘082. OPINION We reverse the rejections over Murdock, reverse the rejection over Uraneck, reverse the rejection of claims 1-4, 7-10, 12-22, 24, 28 and 29 over EP ‘082, and affirm the rejection of claims 45-48 over EP ‘082.
