Accordingly, the 35 U.S.C. § 103 rejection of claims 6 and 14
over Schlosser cannot be sustained.
CONCLUSION
In view of the foregoing, the decision of the Examiner to
reject claims 1-5 and 7-13 under 35 U.S.C. § 102 and claims 6 and
14 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
