                                 DECISION ON APPEAL                                   
               Ronald P. Sansone et al. appeal from the final rejection of            
          claims 1 through 18, all of the claims pending in the                       
          application.                                                                
                                   THE INVENTION                                      
               The invention relates to “postage devices and more                     
          particularly to a system for correcting the rating and payment of
