DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from
the examiner’s final rejection of claims 1 through 4, 7 and 8,

application. The examiner has withdrawn the rejection of claims
5, 6 and 9 through 13, subsequent to the final Office action
