In the redeclaration, Belleau was accorded priority benefit of'. (1) PCT/CA92/00001, filed 3 January 1992; (2) GB 9109913.5, filed 7 May 1991; and (3) GB 9100039.8, filed 3 January 1991 as to counts 1, 2, and 3. 16.
