DECISION
The rejection of claims 1, 2 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, and 18 through 22 under 35 U.S.C.
§ 103(a) as being unpatentable over Mase in view of Suzuki is affirmed.
The decision of the examiner is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may
be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a).
