DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the Examiner’s final
rejection of claims 1, 2, 4-7, 8 and 9-11. Claims 3 and 8 have
been canceled.
We affirm-in-part.

Appellants’ invention is directed generally to disk drives
and more specifically, to a suspension load beam having a beam
